• Supplier Diversity: In 2020, we made a supplier diversity commitment; we only source from Black and Indigenous communities.
  • Community Economic Investment: We invest back into the Black and Indigenous communities in the cities, towns, etc. we receive contracts in. Our workshop engagements incorporate wellness and mindfulness practices, and we work with local Black, Indigenous, and guest speakers, therapists, artists, story-tellers, musicians, etc. of colour.
  • Municipal Antiracism Literacy Initiative: In 2022 and 2023, we held a Canada-wide two-part learning engagement opportunity for councillors, CAOs, CFOs, managers, mayors, deputy mayors, treasurers, directors, clerks, HR, and EDI leaders.
  • Arts and Culture: We held PEI's first Black Peoples, Indigenous Peoples, and people of colour arts, mindfulness and wellness festival in 2023.
  • Literacy: In 2023, we were platinum sponsors for From Sea to Sea to Sea: Celebrating Indigenous Picture Books.
  • Health Equity: In 2023, we were bronze sponsors for Canada's first Black Physicians of Canada Conference.
  • Black Women at Work: A Panel Discussion: In 2024, in honour of Black History Month, we hosted a panel discussion to learn about the lived experiences of Black women at work.

  • Indigenous Women at Work: A Panel Discussion: In honour of National Indigenous History Month, Inclusifyy was humbled to host a panel discussion to learn about the lived experiences of First Nations, Métis, Inuit women at work.

  • Identity Theft and Settler Responsibility: A Talk by Dr. Taiaiake Alfred: This discussion is important because race-shifting and settler self-identification impacts First Nations Peoples, Métis People, and the Inuit.

  • Indigenous Language Revitalization with Revital Software: Inclusifyy made a commitment to Indigenous language revitalization, and held a event during National Indigenous History Month.
